1010data will be performing system maintenance on Saturday, February 26th from 11:00 AM EST until approximately 11:00 PM EST. This maintenance period will be used to upgrade a key component of our cloud environment.
How does this impact me?
During this time the 1010data platform will not be available for any user access, data transfers, and scheduled reports will not be run or sent to recipients.
What should I do to prepare for the maintenance?
Suspend any data transfers that would normally begin after 10:30 AM EST.
When will 1010data’s services be available again?
We recommend re-scheduling reports or resuming data transfers after 11:59 PM EST. This buffer will allow us to ensure the maintenance is complete.
