To contact our support team, please create a ticket using any of these methods:

1. (Preferred) From the Launcher, select Support > Contact Customer Support

2. (Preferred) From the Insights Platform, select Help > Support > Contact Customer Support

3. Send an Email to support@1010data.com
* When sending an email, please specify either “Family Dollar” or “Dollar Tree” in the subject so that your ticket is routed to the appropriate support team

Please note that the priority of your ticket will be aligned to our internal technical standards. Our team will always endeavor to respond to tickets as quickly as possible, regardless of priority.
